Alix Perez
Belgian born Alix Depauw is the face behind production moniker Alix Perez, now regarded as one of the most ground-breaking and innovative producer/DJ's of his time. Alix released his first album with the much-revered imprint Shogun Audio. Since then Alix has collaborated with the foremost names in drum’n’bass, including Noisia, Marcus Intalex, dBridge, and Cali- bre just to name a few.

In 2013, along with his highly acclaimed BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, Alix released his much anticipated sophomore effort ‘Chroma X Chords,’ also on Shogun. The album saw the ever-evolving artist achieving his singular vision of breaking down genre barriers. The reception for the album surpassed all expectations, and has redefined peoples’ perception of Alix as a producer once again.

Alix’ released the “U” EP, featuring Rashad and Spinn, in April 2014 on the highly esteemed Exit Records. Alix has been busy producing for future rap pioneers (namely “They Call Me Raptor”), which is available on Foreign Beggars’ label, Par-Excellence. Alix has also produced the Modus EP (also featuring Eprom and Riko Dan) for Foreign Beggars EP which was released in October 2014.

To say the future is bright for this most prolific of artists is a massive understatement.

EPROM
Eprom is known for his diverse, funky and energetic sets, which cross the lines between live remixing and manipulation of hip-hop and dubstep with his own obscenely bass-heavy neurocrunk transmissions. Eprom has played alongside artists like Flying Lotus, The Glitch Mob, Skream, Lazer Sword, Kode9, Mochipet, Rustie, and many others. Eprom has worked with internationally renowned MCs and has slated multiple vinyl releases in the coming year. DJ supporters include Starkey, Jakes, Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, Rustie, Megasoid, Zombie Disco Squad, Riton, Basement Jaxx, and BBC Radio One’s Mary Anne Hobbs.

Dorian Concept
There is a certain element of playfulness and wonder that can be heard in the music of the Viennese-born, self-taught multi-instrumentalist and producer Oliver Thomas Johnson, aka Dorian Concept.

After being exposed to hip hop in his early teens, he started to experiment with music production software on his parents' computer at the age of 15. Around the same time, he picked up the piano, electric bass, and soprano saxophone, and since then he has been fascinated by combining the world of music production with the one of instrumental improvisation.

Dorian Concept started his career as a typical "bedroom producer" with a MySpace page in his late teens and enrolled in the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg to study multi-media art in 2005. Just five years later, he was performing at the Royal Albert Hall with the Cinematic Orchestra, a group he had always admired, at the twentieth anniversary gala of Ninja Tune.

H A U N T E D
Phil Jones’ music career exemplifies a creative who’s never satisfied. After first releasing an EP as Dog Bite in 2008, the Atlanta-based artist connected with Ernest Greene of Washed Out via MySpace, ultimately joining Greene’s live band as a percussionist and keyboardist. In 2012, however, he was inspired to return to the studio and focus on his solo output as Dog Bite, resulting in the release of a full-length debut on Carpark Records in 2013, Velvet Changes.

Like Greene, Jones saw it fit to assemble a live band to recreate the work of his solo project. Teaming up with guitarists Stephen Luscre and William Fussell, bassist Woody Shortridge, and drummer Cameron Garnder—a fellow Washed Out live band member—Jones hit the road with Carpark labelmate Toro y Moi for a North American tour, which the two acts commemorated with a split 7″. Amidst this dizzyingly confusing output, Jones found time to produce for other Atlanta acts like Mood Rings and serve as one half of Acid Flashback. Yet, Jones feels it’s time to start a new chapter in his career, Haunted. Check out his So Heat EP
